My classes draw on Indian and Japanese traditions of yoga, combined with anatomy and physiology.

I offer tools to help you move and feel well throughout your life.

To care for your body is to care for the home of your senses, thoughts and emotions.

So practice with kindness, tune in to your senses, and explore these movements as a way of exploring yourself.

Workshops

Tuning in to the rhythms of a world in transition.  Workshops may include presentations with ecologists, farmers, traditional owners of the land and other community members adapting to the changing world. Together we consider the systems that need to change and explore ways to co-exist, adapt & find peace.
